Repairs During an Active Chase

Cops and crims cannot repair their cars in a mech shop while a chase is active. 

Vehicle Swapping / Car Jacking

Vehicle swapping is allowed, but police are able to shoot at the vehicle to disable it. In the event you pull a weapon on a local to get a car, police can open fire until you are driving away.

Ramming / Pitting

Ramming may occur due to “bubbles”. Most of the time you can tell when it’s an accident versus when it’s done purposefully.

Civilian as Hostage

Civilians cannot be taken hostage from a green zone.
